TROPPER's flexible component design allows the grinding and mixing plant to be adapted to your needs:
TROPPER MMX-Press can also be ordered without a crusher or without a hammer mill and can therefore be used purely as a feed mixer. The design as a stationary grinding and mixing plant is easily possible with this technology. Transport to the end customer is by truck.
In Finland, for example, due to the long distances involved in mixing tours lasting several days, large quantities of feed are taken loose in sacks and as a premix. TROPPER has developed a lightweight component container for this specific purpose.
The container is preferably mounted on a 4-axle truck chassis or 3-axle semi-trailer in front of the grinding and mixing plant.
The individual cells of the component containers can be designed as bulk goods cells with a suction funnel or as bagged goods chambers for pallets with large doors for forklift loading. The loose components are sucked directly into the mixer and the weights are recorded using on-board weighing in the recipe control.
The many years of use of MMX-Press in Finland with large temperature differences and sometimes icy controls is just one example of the robust and reliable design of our bodies.
